Marcel Niederer

• Marcel started as a software developer at Braunvieh Schweiz in 2006. At that time Qualitas had not been Qualitas at all but was the internal IT department of Braunvieh Schweiz. Together with other employees, he moved to the newly founded Qualitas AG in 2011 and has been contributing his entire experience to our development ever since.
• He is a trained building construction draftman, but later he additionally studied computer science engineering at a University of Applied Sciences in order to work as a software developer.
• At Qualitas he mainly codes in Java and is especially interested in our web design.
• Marcel is a real family man, as he has a family of four girls waiting for him at home. Whenever there is a free minute, he loves to do sports, especially tennis and skiing. What he values at Qualitas is that many employees are also enthusiastic about sports.
• Friendliness, respect and an unbiased approach to his people are important to Marcel. He is also very concerned about our responsibility towards the environment. He lives these attitudes in his everyday life and tries to be a role model for his family and his social environment.
