In our series “Who is…?” we introduce you to our team.

Dalibor Popovic

• Dalibor is our old hand. He completed his IT apprenticeship in 2004, at that time still at Braunvieh Schweiz. Afterwards he worked as a software developer for a few years before starting his computer science studies in Horw in 2010, during which he stayed with us part-time. Since the successful completion of his studies in 2015, he has been permanently employed as a software engineer at Qualitas.
• Dalibor has spent his entire career in our company and has been involved in the complete development from the small IT department at Braunvieh Schweiz to the current Qualitas structure. He was able to expand his field of activity from simple support to the development of complex applications. Today he is mainly involved in app developments (eBGS, Suissano EBJ) and the coordination and implementation of installations. In addition, he is a Scrum Master.
• Anyone who remains loyal to a company for so long will have a good reason. For Dalibor, it is above all the family atmosphere and the flexibility regarding working hours and vacations that he particularly appreciates at Qualitas. But also that the employees’ concerns are heard and taken seriously.
• In his free time, Dalibor can often be found on the soccer field. He trains and plays for the SC Steinhausen seniors 30+. In addition, he also coaches the youngest juniors (5-6 years).
