Jürg Moll

• From the very beginning, as CEO, I was able to help build up and develop Qualitas as a competence centre for information technology and breeding value assessment. New customers were acquired and the range of services was continuously expanded. I am particularly pleased with the good team spirit at Qualitas despite the growing number of staff. Personally, I like to take on responsibility, but I can also pass it on and appreciate employees who are willing to take it on.
• I completed my education at ETH Zürich as an agronomist. Afterwards I did a doctorate on the subject of breeding planning for cattle. For about 10 years I worked at ETH Zürich in research and teaching in the field of livestock breeding. At the end of the 90s, I changed to Braunvieh Schweiz and was mainly responsible for the areas of milk performance testing and breeding value estimation.
• I live together with my family on a farm with arable farming and horses. When time permits, I like to go hiking and skiing.
