  • Nadine joined Qualitas in March 2020 and works in the Business Analysis and Project Management team. Previously, she had already completed an internship in the breeding value estimation team in 2017.<\/li>\n
  • After completing her Master of Science degree in agricultural science with a major in animal science at ETH Zurich, Nadine first worked for a small feeding consultancy company with a large Holstein farm belonging to it, where she was able to gain a lot of practical experience in all work related to dairy cattle and in business management. Through this previous work experience, Nadine is well acquainted with the dairy cattle industry and also knows the various procedures and processes in practice. This is how Nadine came to work for Qualitas, currently managing the beef cattle customers (Braunvieh and swissherdbook), the dairy sheep and FiBL. She very much appreciates the close customer cooperation. This also includes the communication between customers, i. e. the breeding associations, and the developers to ascertain the requirements and clarify questions on both sides, including the technical feasibility with the developers. At Qualitas, Nadine really appreciates the family-like atmosphere internally, but also with the customers. The flexible working hours and home office options allow her to organize her work and free time as freely as possible. She also appreciates the fact that every employee has the opportunity to develop and train further. For example, she was able to attend an SQL course after just a few weeks and, after only one year of employment, she completed a CAS in Requirements Engineering at the Lucerne University of Applied Science and Arts, which has also helped her in the daily work.<\/li>\n
  • Nadine loves to spend her free time in nature and especially in the mountains, be it biking or hiking in summer or cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter. Furthermore, she has been actively playing volleyball in a club for almost 20 years and was active there in the association board and as a coach for a long time. When time and the situation allow it, she also likes to discover new corners somewhere in the world and thus is currently planning a trip to the south of Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
