The Board of Directors of Qualitas AG has nominated Alexa Aufdermauer and Marina Kraus as members of the Management Team. The existing management team, consisting of Max Reich, Urs Schnyder and the managing director Jürg Moll, has thus been expanded.
The structures of Qualitas AG have thus been aligned for the future. Alexa Aufdermauer is now Head of the Business Analysis & Project Management Department. Since September 2018, the Operating department has been a separate department and has been expanded to include the Communications department. Marina Kraus remains Head of the department.
With this reorganization, Qualitas is aiming for smaller teams with increasing numbers of employees. Shared responsibility, flat hierarchies and fast internal communication are the main focus!
